DESCRIPTION:The AE organizes and facilitates the meeting with SCOs\, OVR\, Blair County schools’ personnel\, other local human service agencies\, providers\, and families about information\, resources\, and information regarding different transition periods throughout the lifespan of people we support. The focus has historically been on kids as they transition throughout their school years and into adulthood. Employment focuses on positively supporting people to find and maintain competitive employment.
