Certified Investigator Forum will be held on November 4, 2026 from 9am until 12pm.  Anyone who is a Certified Investigator, Administrative Review Committee member, or Peer Review Committee member is encouraged to register for this forum.  The forum will be structured as an open discussion to encourage questions, collaboration, and the exchange of information. If there is a specific topic you would like to discuss in greater detail, please let Jaime Zaliznock know in advance so it can be added to the agenda.  The forum will be offered both in person and virtually. The virtual option is available to those who reside or work more than 50 miles from Altoona.  Anyone who meets this distance requirement may register for the virtual session.
