This session will cover developing and maintaining outcomes and the supporting sections in an ISP. This will include person centered and Life Course exercises and ways to positively support teams through the outcomes process. This is for anyone who is part of a support team and helps to create and use ISPs and outcomes. It will be held from 1 pm-4 pm.
