SASMG is pleased to offer Service Note Training: Writing and Reviewing Service Notes on September 29, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This interactive training is designed for staff who write and/or review service notes and will provide practical guidance to support quality documentation.

Topics will include:

• Companion service notes
• In-Home and Community service notes
• Unlicensed CPS service notes

Registration opens August 17, 2026, on the SASMG website. Anyone involved in writing or reviewing service notes is encouraged to attend and take advantage of this valuable learning opportunity.

Important Reminder: Attendees must submit a shift of service notes to Jeanna Bilek no later than September 14, 2026. Service notes can be emailed to jbilek@sasmg.org.

This training offers an opportunity to strengthen documentation skills, discuss best practices, and enhance the quality of service note writing and review. Active participation is encouraged to help make the session engaging and beneficial for all attendees.
